Great customer service from this company. This fire pit is large,sturdy and easy to assemble. I would suggest a cover to maintain it's character and also due to the fact that the ash holes at the bottom are small and can get easily clogged with some precipition. The inside grate is a nice touch and can support a good amount of wood. The lid has a nice height and lightness to it along with closely meshed wires to prevent embers from flaring outwards. Great selection of products from this company. I will shop here again.

I was extremely satisfied with the product that I had ordered. There was a slight problem with the cover and when I called the seller I was extremely happy with the results. New replacement part was sent within days. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY !!!!

I received a damaged item and called the phone number listed. I was prepared to talk with someone from India and also go through a lot of BS waiting to answer questions. Upon calling the number, Chuck answered and within less than 30 seconds he had already confirmed my order, immediately sent another replacement item, told me to keep the two undamaged items, and sent a follow up e-mail. I have NEVER recieved this type of customer service in my life. NEVER! They took a potential bad situation and actually made it so enjoyable I am glad that it happened. I will be telling this story for years to come. I am so impressed I will be recommending this company to everybody and will actually be ordering other items to ensure they get my future business.
